Pretty decent chinese british/chinese american food buffet - in essence, you get what you pay for! I understand the negative comments here about service, having to pay for a cup for tap water (trust me I tried to have my way..), and extra charge for food waste (wasn’t an issue for us); but all in all, isn’t this to be expected from a buffet like this at 10 quid? Was pretty good food all in all, maybe heavy on the chicken options, but hey, I’m still full and it was good all around.
The food is very unpleasant, they should put more food, the desserts are just two types of cake that you buy in the supermarket, with ice cream, for a change there is only what you see in the food photo, the drink is not included in the price price, as soon as you enter you see that the place is not very pretty, they treated us very badly, we paid and they told us to sit inside, they didn't give us water or cutlery, this place leaves a lot to say.
I have to say that the drinks are at least accessible
It is our nearest Chinese buffet and we love it. Maybe the variety of food is not as good as in other buffet but it is more than enough for us and the most important it is very tasty. Staff very friendly, especially the lady behind the bar.
Whole bottle of wine at good price.
Design of the place could be a bit better but we are not very demanding.

I love this place!! My favourite buffet, been going there for years. Even though the variety might not be much than other places, I can sure tell you the food is amazingggggg, and the lady who owns the restaurant is so nice!!!!
Staff are extremely disrespectful. Very horrible attitude. Staff practically shouted instead of talking and they are extremely difficult and confusing about their policy.
They made a cheeky comment about us not being able to afford it and having to consider somewhere else, only for my dad to spend £160+ as my 12 year old sister really wanted to celebrate her birthday there like we planned. Instead of them having patience and ensuring all of us and the 15 other children understand the rules, they insulted us.
Such disgusting people and will definitely never ever spend a penny here again.
My family and I have been eating here since 2010/11, what a way to treat a loyal customer. Which ever side of the bed this woman woke up from does not warrant her disrespect towards us.
Food is excellent, service is top class, worth your money. Wonderful! Lucy will get you what you need. Do not come here, or you'll get addicted to it lol
