Local friendly garage that myself and family have used for years. Customer service is fantastic and nothing too much trouble, the mechanics are knowledgeable and customer friendly ( explain everything about your problems etc). Their prices are great and would highly recommend this garage if you’ve never tried before. Unfortunately I can’t give 6 stars otherwise I would.
Very professional customer service at this very difficult time for many. I wanted quotes only initially and they delivered on price, Service complete to a good standard only downfall many fingermarks on dashboard but couldn't fault anything else. Work has been done well in the past and at a fair price and one out of the two receptionist, that I have spoken to is great and the other is as they quote a Karenfitting name I must admit who made me feel insulted with my disabilities.
For this reason I will look else where.
Critisiesd for saying that several hundred pound is too much for me to afford at this moment in time, giving Christmas literally just past and I will have to lookelese where or put more to the side for the repair to be done like everyone else. I do not expect to be slated.
Very unhelpful, took the car to have a service light removed. After they had plugged it in the car would no longer start. Instead of offering to help with trying to find out the issue they simply said it’s not our problem and shrugged at me. I then had to wait two hours for recovery to find it was a simple fix!
