Best KPortal Reviews
This is such a lovely tea room to visit, would really recommend this place. The staff are lovely, the food is delicious and the portion sizes are great. If we're in the area again we'll definitely be back.
Great location, lovely staff and amazing cakes , the wee birds even bob about the outside seating area
10 stars out of 5! Such a lovely little gem - wonderful owners who pour their hearts into creating welcoming atmosphere with the best home made food. Highly recommend!
A stunning tea room's, in a stunning location. We purchased drinks and cakes following a walk (there are three waymarked walks from the tea rooms) and sat by the river, the drive over here (from Killin) is spectacular, taking in many waterfalls and Highland coo's, well worth a visit!
What an unexpected and amazing find. I had been walking the Ben Lawers reserve and decided to explore the road running across the range to Bridge of Balgie on my drive back to my rental. When I got to the bridge I almost drove past this amazing cafe I really wasn't expecting it to be there. I reversed back and parked and decided to grab a meal. The location is beautiful overlooking the river and the food and service first class, for it's remote location there were lots of customers enjoying the fare.
Perfect coffee shop (and coffee roastery) halfway up the beautiful Glen Lyon, where the road over Ben Lawers crosses the river. Have cycled past several times but had time to stop today - first customer at 10am, for a still-warm fruit scone and jam, and an excellent flat white. Cakes looked great as did the menu for another visit... Heartily recommended.
Lovely cafe and post office in beautiful surroundings also has Internet the only place in glenlyon mountain range.
After cycling from Corrour Station over many hills we were thrilled to see the cafe open and frequented by a few other cyclists. Our group of 8 enjoyed many of the home made cakes and coffees as well as having what may well have been the greatest pastrami Reuben style panini I have ever had! Cyclist or otherwise you have to check this place out!
