Very knowledgeable, and excellent service. My fan belt came off my jeep on Saturday and I was moving house so was pretty stuck without a car. The guy who was working on Saturday fixed it for me promptly and even stayed abit later than he was meant to in order to fit the new one.
Great place. When you go in after having booked an appointment they actually have written it down and are aware of who you are. Staff are quite friendly which usually doesn't tend to happen in garages. When work needs done they call you and you get a receipt with everything written down from the price of the parts to the labour. Have been here a few times now and am really happy with the service.
Very professional, helpful and honest staff . I travel here from Holywood. As previous post mentions, everything is itemised on the paper bill so no hidden charges. They go the extra mile to help - I was meant to have a service on Wednesday and at short notice asked if they could take the car a day early and they were very accommodating. Best garage I’ve ever dealt with.
No nonsense approach here. Put your car in for repair or service. They just get on with it. Also give advice on what will need checked on next visit

Very pleased with the speedy help I received from Glengormley Care Care recently. My car broke down on a country road, they organised a recovery truck within minutes of contacting them and had the car repaired and ready for me to collect by mid afternoon the next day.
