Really disappointed with the food and cleanliness of the place.
Waited around 15 minutes to receive my cup of coffee. Sorry but it was not worth the wait or cost. Tasted like hot coloured water, no taste to it whatsoever. Food was tasteless also. Had a sausage nap but wish I hadn’t. Felt like I was eating glue with sawdust. Absolutely terrible. Will not come here again Gave one star as no option for zero stars.
So this place is a godsend. I attend a group session for men with mental health problems and any problems that men can not talk about. This is an open forum, without judgement and in complete confidence. Dan set up this 4 years ago, and there are now 3 group sessions. 1 in Springbank Cheltenham, another in Newent and this one in Churchdown. Men struggle to talk about their life daily life, and anything else that causes them Depression, anxiety, imposter syndrome, anger, and the most is endless. Please give it a go. Attended this group. It is there for you, MEN. If one suicide can be averted, if one stressful day can be helped , if a depressed person can be helped. This place is the place for you.
Popped in for breakfast on route to the Forrest of Dean. Wish we had a similar style cafe nearer us. Food was lovely, but the welcome was even better. We'll definitely be back next time we're heading to the Forrest of Dean or Gloucester. Thanks again.
I had a take away on Valentines day using the online form, set a delivery time for 19:30, and was very impressed, the food arrived exactly on time. I have tried a lot of thai food over the years, and I have to say this is my favourite. Will definate be using again.
Food was amazing, hot, tasty, good value and served by friendly staff. We were in a group of about 25 so pre-ordered food and the system worked really well. Drinks during the morning were nice and hot too.
My wife and I were going to grab a sandwich from Tesco across the street and spotted The Garden Cafe and decided to rather go enjoy a meal there.
What an excellent decision that was, excellent value for money with friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere.
