Completely useless as prettyuch any other department of Bedford hospital. Made 789phonecalls on single week needing to book appointment. Staff just rejects calls or simply pick up to hang up immediately.
The mental health team need more money and so just mind to deal with the crisis it is important that the person that's enjoying of the NHS actually goes to these places and speaks to people
Updating my previous review which was once god awful. They've turned the bloods department totally around. I now find myself with an appointment. I'm often 10 minutes early and out the door 1 minute before my appointment. Finally don't dread having to go for a test and wondering if I'll be in a full waiting room for over an hour
Arrived after clinic closed as went to main hospital not knowing about changes. Receptionist was amazing and arranged for me to have blood test regardless.Bola the phlebotomist was fantastic
For one week I try to call evrei day to book the day for my blod test and noubody answer . They take the many for nothing
I have blood tests routinely every couple of months and have done for a few years. I’ve not once had a bad experience here. The desk team are always friendly as are the team of nurses/phlebotomists - very sensitive, caring and supportive. Not to mention friendly and chatty! I’d be reluctant to have my bloods done anywhere else.
Absolutely brilliant and efficient service at the Blood Clinic and big thumbs up to Jessie who managed first time to get blood from me as others have tried with great difficulty. Well done
Had a phlembotomy appointment, booked online - hassle free. Picked up a bloods form from my GP. Appointment was 15.20-15.35, and by 15.29 I was already back at my car, having had the bloods done. Super easy and efficient!
