Absolutely disgraceful…. ordered at 6pm, still no sign of it at 7:30pm but said on just eat it had arrived I phoned them multiple times but no answer, I was then notified by just eat that the delivery time had been changed!!!!
Finally arrived at 8:30pm!!! Everything was frozen cold and burger was undercooked! Would think it could have atleast been cooked right with the amount of time it took!
Waste of £30 Will not be ordering again
Food was hot, was a fast delivery also! Got the scots burger with beef which was lovley, haggis, fried onions & peppercorn sauce.. my sister got the chicken burger! Chips 10\10 same for the boneless honey chicken wings. After ordering we then decided to check reviews which we reed and thought … but when the food came was super good, rate it all 10/10. Will order again
Absolutely atrocious, the food was low to mid tier, order at 5pm and received the food at 9pm because the order was delivered to a similar address keep in mind not identical but they managed to mess that up, then we had to deal with trying to contact staff to see what was going on and that took half an hour of going back and forth.
After contacting and then being told it was on its way they had the audacity to say that it will be even later because 2 folks orders were in front keep in mind yet again we had ordered 1:30 to 2 hours before these orders.
After this we were told to enjoy our food and we would get a free meal. We had been contacting through Facebook, they then proceeded to leave us on read after we had requested our meal at a later date, it’s horrendous all round, I could stress enough it’s not worth the time, effort and money, will not be back.
Do not order!!!! Suspected scam!!! Ordered food, was charged, was immediately delayed to 2 hours. It didn't come. Called number on justeat several times - no answer. Left voicemail. No callback. Googled takeaway and called number, no answer. Since then I've been getting creepy private number prank calls. Contacting justeat about a refund and data safety concern and will contact police if required.
Twice we have had problems the first time I let it slide, we were told we would get a free order and never received it even after messaging on Facebook. We ordered tonight and our boxes are covered in sauce, plus we only have one drink. Can never get through when you try to phone them. It’s a shame because the food is very good.
Would not advise ordering from here. My son ordered food which did not arrive! Could not contact the buisness via telephone. Email address showing online was non existent. Happy to take payment for order via just eat!!
For a burger place the burger was disappointing.
Honey wings were nice.
Delivery was 1.5 hours late.
Poor customer service.
Delicious food, with lovely friendly delivery that arrived quickly. Food was hot and great quality. It was a lovely touch to find a handwritten message on the box too wishing us a good night. Would definitely recommend ????
