I took my partners car down to see if the garage could remove a nail and subsequently repair the tyre. They took a look at the tyre immediately, removed the nail and explained that it wasn’t all the way through the tyre. They didn’t charge me anything for this somewhat dirty and tedious job. I would therefore highly recommend them for any car related jobs. What excellent customer service from a local garage.
Lee and the team are brilliant. I went along unannounced towards the end of the day as we live around the corner. Good reviews on Google meant I felt keen to try out Get a Grip. Lee took his time to explain my options and then made a lot of effort to get hold of new tyres for my campervan. A really good guy, excellent communication and patient. The team also fitted new brake discs and pads and suspension arms. All at a very affordable price and on time. Will use these guys again for sure.
Took my car here for repairs. I was quoted £140 for the repair but when I went to pick the car up they had seen that the part could be repaired rather than replaced and only charged me £10! Absolutely delighted and they are really nice friendly people to deal with. Would recommend without hesitation.
Great lads and very happy with the service. Made me tea and cake (home baked) and gave me a foot massage whilst I was waiting too !! Couldn't believe my luck when they said they'd give me a 70% discount too right at the end just 'cos I was Welsh!!!. Na, only kidding but the tyres and service here is TOP notch. Pity I live in Brighton. Will make the effort next time am near though and if I need some tyres!
Really friendly guy. Did 2 rear tyres on my lunch break and had a chat during. Saved myself £70 based off the new tyre I bought before. Less than 30 mins start to finish.
Had a problem with a tyre late on a Monday. I have unusual size tyres. Lee sourced a tyre within half an hour (unheard of in the last 5 years of owning this car) and fitted it quickly at a very good price point. Very helpful with a great work ethic and attitude. Will defo be back!!
Never heard of Get Grip but Siri had! Thought I’d try them as they were local and was not disappointed. Friendly chaps and my tyre was repaired while I watched and the charge was very reasonable. Will happily use them again.
Really good experience with get grip.
Been twice now. Fitted in at short notice. Good price. Good tyres. And a nice chap. Will be using for all my tyre needs. Not tried their other services but i can imagine they are great all round.
