Absolutely brilliant, great communication throughout the repair process and top quality workmanship.
Bit disappointed when getting the phone call this afternoon to collect our vehicle from Gemini which the lady had said that it was ready to collect after the authorised repairs were carried out.
Reason being as the repairs weren't done properly, things were missed and it seemed it wasn't checked before declaring the repair completed or the repair was rushed. I do understand they are busy but still there should be final checks carried out.
Scuff mark/s on rear break/indicator light which was supposed to be replaced...but instead they tried what seems to have buffed it out.
Rear panel was resprayed but small dent and small chip not repaired/overlooked or forgotten about.
End result, is further delays and inconvenience...as need to get it booked in again.
However, Good points too - they did get me booked in earlier than anticipated or expected - which was very much appreciated.
They/the repair technician were/was very apologetic about what was missed/overlooked and vowed to get it sorted out.
Incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous staff who did their utmost to make sure my repair went smoothly. They arranged a courtesy car for me and dealt with Enterprise, the hire company who were somewhat lees than efficient. My vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and the quality of the repair was excellent. Can’t fault this company, absolutely top class, thank you guys!
I was referred to Gemini by LV insurance after a minor bump. Every stage of the repair was handled professionally and I was kept informed about the progress of the job. In addition to the insurance claim they also refurbished an alloy wheel for me which was done as an extra at a very competitive price. The vehicle was returned to me in showroom condition. I recommend this company without hesitation and I would use them again.

After an accident , dealt with Insurance company and all went well, until got car back, still have a number of issues (one a major one ), phoned them and was advised to bring the car back, it is a 60 plus mile trip.Felt the last part they just rush to get the car done. Been advised they will phone to confirm when they will come out again!!
Recently had my car repaired here and the staff were excellent. I was initially slightly concerned at going with my insurance company's preferred repairer, but my concerns weren't justified. High quality repair from professional, courteous staff.
