Took car in 3 weeks ago as brake warning lights came on, I was told the front brakes were 'like new' but back needed to changing. Since then they gave had my car 3 more times as the brakes kept squeaking and the brake warning light came back on. Took it back today for it's MOT and it needs new front brakes pads? Funny I thought they were like new! Why were they not checked properly or changed 3 weeks ago and to top it off I wasn't told about the front brakes pads I turn up to pick up my car today and get handed a bill!!
Disgusting, will never take my car back again. Shame as the bloke is friendly but obviously is in the habit of ripping people off and not doing the job properly.
I drive my son around in that car what if the brakes had failed when according to the garage they had been checked
On my way to King's Lynn hospital and had a problem with my tyre pressures.
'New to me' car so was a bit nervous about it.
I'm an older female and had a long drive after hospital appointment but here, even though busy, the man/owner (?) just stopped what he was doing and assisted, sorted it out and settled my mind.

Very professional. Staff friendly and good at communicating the issues. Diagnosed problem and fitted new part at very reasonable price. Unfortunately the part was faulty (can't be helped), but replaced free of charge and very quickly.
Would recommend to anyone, and will be using again.

This garage had my BMW in there for 3 weeks and never touch it and said it wouldn't start or do anything I pulled it out and taken it to Jones automotive within 12 minutes he had it up and running fine
