Delicious. Great menu, great quality food, really good variety of both food and drink, and the service was brilliant. Every dish we saw coming out of the kitchen looked so good, there wasn't anything I wouldn't of eaten. The decor and atmosphere of Gatsby's is also very good. The owners have really done things right. The lavatories were also in really good condition too. They were clean and the door had a working lock, plenty of loo roll too with a nice handsoap. We absolutely will be going back again and i highly recommend anyone wanting to go to book a table to make sure you can definitely get in!!
Myself and my friend visited the restaurant on a Saturday night. The atmosphere was great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had starters of pulled pork bao style buns and a garlic baked Camembert, both were delicious and the portion sizes very good. For our mains we had braised beef and a mushroom tagliatelle , they were perfectly seasoned and tasted delightful. I'm looking forward to dining there again soon.
Tapas Wednesday was very busy and lively with live music provided by Lee on guitar and vocal. Great place where you can sit at the bar if you like. A rarity these days! Service is excellent and the staff were constantly serving both the tables and the bar. Friendly atmosphere and popular.
Our First time here this evening and I must say, the food and Cocktails were truly amazing! Friendly staff, couldn't do enough for us. We were so impressed and will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Stunning setting. Beautiful place.

Had Sunday lunch with the Mrs: food was very good 2x courses £20 plus drinky poos. Good service nothing to gripe about tbh. Nice and local which is really handy.
WOW, was persuaded to go this tacky looking place, even though I have heard all the bad PRESS and GOSSIP locally of the reports of maggots, drunks, homophobia, after hours sordid parties,
and aggressive owner. Unbelievable that the people in there are encouraged to be so drunk by the very masculine bar maid, who's incredibly aggressive if challenged. Maybe the result of all the bailiffs who keep arriving along with the police on a regular basis, causes it to be stressed constantly. STAY WELL CLEAR IF YOUR A DECENT FOLK AS THIS REALLY IS THE GUTTER OF PLACES.
Just had lunch here. It was lovely, the food was good and the owner very friendly. Our dog loved her. I ordered rib of beef which was delicious but as it was rib had a fair bit of fat on, which in preference I don't like. I ate what I could but when the owner saw my plate she offered to change my meal. I expalianed it is just my taste but she returned with a beef ragu which was even better. I wish I could have eaten more. The husband had his fill of fish, scampi for starteres and Cod parcels for main. Neither of us could manage dessert (we usually eat later). However, we will be back to eat in the evening. Idris made the best of any attention or treats he could manage.
Really lovely place to eat.
