I’ve used these guys for a little while now, but no more. I recently booked my car in for a simple wheel balancing, when I got there their wheel balancing guy said the machine was broken (no calling me in advance to tell me), they advised I go to Wills Auto (which we’ll do from now on!) - when they checked my car they said the “brand new tyres” fitted by this garage only a number of months ago were bald and illegal!
I then found out that at the exact same time I was told the wheel balancing machine was broken, they were taking other bookings to come and have their wheels done when the machine was supposedly broken! So, I got a set of new tyres that seemingly weren’t and lied to by their wheel balancing guy about their machine being broken when it wasn’t! Needless to say, they’ve just lost our custom for good. I can highly recommend Wills Autos. ????????
Brilliant service from Gatechange took my car in with a “noise” coming from the front wheel at 2pm they diagnosed, fixed and had it ready 2 hours later!!!! Amazing service

Good little garage. Ace with your car. Most are lovely. We'll all probably are lovely. One guy not the most personable of people but please don't let that put you off as it the cars that's important and to that I say let them do their thing
Not the best communication & or timing of works carried out..But got there in the end..
Fantastic service, taken a couple of vehicles for MOT and a bit if work. Very happy with work done and price. Highly recommended, will definitely be going there again
