I highly recommend Garstang Tyre Services.
I called at 9.15am to see if they could help with a slow puncture. By 9.30am I was being attended to and was all finished before 10am. Great service, very happy, thank you
Booked in and arrived early, tyre still not started when I returned 40 minutes later
Receptionist uninterested and mechanic told me I should have labelled the tyre, not impressed.
If you want to go to a place that doesn’t care about a customer then this is it.
I have been to this tyre place twice in 2 weeks now and both experiences were horrible. The first was first thing on a saturday morning, where i stood in the waiting room for 15 minutes with two other gents while nobody came to assist, this was while 3 gents stood I'm the workshop chatting away. Drove to ATS and they replaced my tyre there an then.
My second trip today was worse, i went in with a suspected slow puncture and asked if they could look at it, unfortunately they couldn’t that day so asked if it was possible tomorrow (a saturday) they said we don’t take bookings for saturdays but it was unlikely they would have time then either and it would have to be the following week. No problem I replied can I book in for next week then, she then walks to the book and says actually its going to be the week after. I said its going to be over 2 weeks before you can look at a puncture repair or potential replacement 1 tyre. At this point she just shrugged me off. Forget it, i’ll go elsewhere i said as I left. They are clearly not interested in either working or earning money so makes you wonder whether this is a front for wrongdoing!

had new tyres fitted my by my local garage ..there tracking /wheel alignment machine was not working so came here ... very expensive ...paid for it ...6 month down the line tyres are worn on the inside again ...suspension was checked and ok ...dont think they did it properly or at all .....
Unbelievable service every time I have needed them! Called to say I had a flat tyre this morning, within an hour they had come and taken it off, replaced it and refitted it at home!
My second visit, first for tyres, and this time air conditioning on my Range Rover. Absolutely first class service, all fixed and recharged with a full report in less than an hour. The A/C as never run so cool, I'm so pleased thanks to all at Garstang Tyre Services.
