Maybe they treat their actual patients with respect but as someone who came here for emergency dentistry, my whole experience was pretty dreadful. Was basically told I shouldn't have emergency dental treatment because of my mental health conditions, wasn't even given time to fill out the medical questionnaire before they rushed me up the stairs and they didn't even ask about my medications until after they'd already given me three injections. (And their only question about my other health conditions was do you have dental phobia).
The assistant made something of an effort to provide comfort, but not even close enough to the horrible way I felt I was treated.
Massive thank you to the everyone at Gargrave dental practice, From the moment me an my son walked into the dentist an till we left we was treated with so much love an respect, The lady on the reception was absolutely amazing an helped us every step of the way. The ladies upstairs who looked after my son an his teeth where extremely professional an kind too. My son couldn’t have asked for a better day out at the dentists lol. If you’re getting anything done to your teeth big or small this is the place to visit. Once again thank you so much for a pleasant visit.
Don’t usually write reviews but feel after many many years of uncontrollable fear of visits to the dentist. The current dentist at Gargrave Dental although not quite an enjoyable experience puts me in a calm and nearly controlled place. Due to my age and younger negligence with teeth hygiene had to have an extraction today. This was performed in a timely, professional empathetic manner that put me totally at ease and as pain free as possible. If you have dental problems, I would certainly recommend

I had an emergency appointment due to terrible toothache. They were all really kind and helpful. Anyone who is nervous about going to dentists, I would definitely recommend. 5* service.
Amazing experience yesterday. Ive had a dreadful chipped dark tooth for a very long time. Feeling very self conscious. Gabby put me at ease and gave me confidence that a good result could be achieved. I walked away feeling very emotional.. i have my smile back. Thankyou so much....

Had a tooth extracted today, really warm and friendly staff made me feel safe even though I was terrified, and they were so patient with me. Made sure I understood everything, let me ask all the questions I needed to and made sure I was comfortable all the way through the procedure. Would definitely recommend if you're scared of the dentist, or just in general! Thanks again!
