Great service. Michele and Andrew have helped out with my unreliable VW Transporter a number of times, often at short notice and at all hours. It is very rare to find friendly, helpful and willing service like this nowadays. Thank you both.
We've taken our car to Michele and Andrew multiple times in our first month of owning it, and have received the most helpful, responsive and friendly service of any garage we've used before. It's been a nightmare to get this car to feel reliable with issue after issue, and we would have gone mad without their help.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
Brilliant service - had an issue with my brakes whilst a few miles away, I pulled in unannounced and the chap was able to squeeze me in. Diagnosed and fixed within 20mins - all for a very reasonable fee. Fantastic knowledgable and professional service- thank you!!
We had to book grandaughter's car in at short notice due to engine warning light coming on. Michelle was excellent and even dealt with the warranty company. We left the car with the garage and it was all sorted (carried out diagnostics, piston misfiring, cleaned plugs and distributor cap, done a road test) and was shocked at the cost but in a really good way as it was extremely good value for money and a lot less than expected. We come to New Quay area on a yearly basis so if anything happens again we know where to take our car(s). Cannot fault the car service & customer service and they deserve more than 5.
