Best KPortal Reviews

I don't usually leave bad reviews but it would be difficult to say anything positive about this place. I suppose the cheesy chips were okay so it's worth 1 star.
The service was terrible, the staff weren't interested and they had most of the menu unavailable, even more after we had ordered.
It's also very expensive, costing £8 for 4 cremated fish fingers in a sub roll, which was about all I could find available on the menu.
Even the receipt had more errors than correct items but at list it totalled the correct amount.
The pizzas here were fantastic. Ordered various pizzas which were cooked quickly, yet to perfection. Great choice of toppings too.
Has some superb pizzas in the evening. Had to wait 25mins at about 6.30 but we were warned the wait was 30mins so didn't mind. They were very popular and were cooking at quite a pace. Pizzas were hot, well cooked and delicious!
So we ended up here through recommendation of their competitor paradise pizza because they decided to close early- and I’m so glad we did. Amazing pizza and some good tunes while waiting.
Smiles from all the staff
We will definitely be back when we visit again
So glad we went here for dinner last night. Amazingly good pizzas all them absolutely delicious. Perfect setting on the beach to enjoy them in the sunshine. They were really busy but our order came through quickly as they have such a hard working team doing the food.
July 2023. Worst coffee that we have ever been served anywhere in the world. Watery, cloudy brown liquid with no taste. The waitress said it was the machines fault when we said that it was terrible.
The cooked breakfast is OK but the quality of the ingredients is questionable, especially the sausage, which was definitely a budget product.
The place was empty...I wonder why....zero atmosphere.
This place used to be good but has gone downhill. There are better places in Polzeath.
Bacon sarnies with hash browns were top notch! Kids enjoyed the cakes and hot chocolate with all the trimmings too. Staff were friendly too.
we had lunch here sun 30/4/23. chips were greasy, pizza had fair bit of oil floating on top. could be far better.
