I love my take away from here. Food is freshly cooked while you wait. chicken breadcrumbs and chips always crispy. Customer service great. There's a couple of chairs to sit if you are not cosmetically bothered. Prices are great too....Good for that quick fix when you have no idea what to eat.
I loved the wings and the chips but was disappointed by their chicken burger.
I can't lie, one of the best peri peri chicken burgers I've ever had. It is a very unassuming chicken shop. I can see why it's so highly rated
A typical fried chicken shop establishment. I've been there a few times specifically because it was HMC but I won't be going there again as the service is appalling. Miserable looking staff who barely speak any English. I phoned once to buy some food to collect for my children and the guy was so rude it was unbelievable. He was rushing me to place the order with his impatient and gravelling voice and then before i could complete my order he tells me to hurry up because a customer had arrived. He then accepts just the first part of my order and cancels on me by putting the phone down without saying anything else, clearly giving priority to the customer who went into the shop after I had called. How rude and discourteous this man was. Was thinking of spending £30 - £40 on some grilled chicken for my children so it was his loss. I went 10 minutes away to abbey's grill on london road afterwards where the food and service is much better. I certainly won't be going to galitos in streatham ever again.
Always come here and the food is amazing! The prices are reasonable. Friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
