Just broke down on Bognor Shripney Road, and within 15 minutes the tow truck arrived and towed me back to Barnham to my local garage. Excellent service and the guys are really friendly. Really appreciated and would highly recommend.
Great friendly service from Gales, I broke down on a dangerous position in the road blocking a lane entering a roundabout, Sam noticed I had broken down while he was heading to work he pulled over to see if I was ok on his motorbike, 5 minutes later he returned with his recovery truck and offered to move me to a safe location while I waited for the RAC, I ended up cancelling the RAC recovery and Gales recovered me back to our warehouse in Chichester, Great local company and I would highly recommend them! Thank you guys!

Couldn’t get hold of any of the major operators. Gales recovery picked us up immediately, took us to our hotel, waited to make sure we checked in ok, stored the car overnight so it wasn’t left unattended and then picked us up in the morning to drive us 120 miles home. Great service, friendly and would recommend. Very much appreciated.
Breaking down on a busy dual carriageway was a very scary experience but the guys from Gales were brilliant, very reassuring and efficient in getting me home.
Hit a pot hole today and completely wiped out my tire. I tried muiltiple companies and then found Gales Recovery. Not only did Gales Recovery beat everyone on price by quite a margin, Colin arrived in 30 mins, 90 mins quicker than everyone else could.
Professional, friendly and clear on communication. I have saved the number in my phone for future use, if you ever need to be towed away, this is the people you call. Forget the AA.
