Been here for a few years now. I always go for the duck curry, sweet and sour Hong Kong style and the chicken fried rice. Perfect every time. Ample chunks of meat, generous portions, good value. The service is always friendly and fast.
Had food tonight. Service wasn't brilliant and the food was pretty poor.. BBQ spare ribs were like rubber and the meet was minimal, very poor. Still using cash only so bit of a nightmare as Cleobury has one atm as far as I'm aware... Chips were also very hard, chow mein wasn't brilliant compared to many others we've had. Haven't been here for a few years now and we won't be back sorry.
Have used galaxy for over 10 years, we spend between 40 and 50 pounds. This is the second time we have been given the wrong food that only person could eat out of 6 things ordered only 1 was right wont be using here again 3 chicken fried rice 1chicken chowmain 1 chicken curry boiled rice portion of chicken balls we got 2 fried rice 1 chicken chowmain 1 sweat and sour 1chicken balls 1 chips
Have used a few.times, always had an excellent meal. Delivery superb

This place has really gone down hill. The guy on the order till was struggling with the order which was very simple, only 4 dishes including rice!! Still not taking cards, in this day and age? really? Food was low on flavour and watery. Will not use again as very disappointing.
1st of all I'm new to this area, I been a restaurant manager for 20 years, what a gem, been today,the gentleman greeted politely, which is a 1 star , recommended me to try the crispy chilli beef ,which is wonderful. So a 1 star. I heard a women shouting in the kitchen, (if customer hear it,it's not good) -1 star. Cooked pretty quick, waited less 10 mins 1 star. The gentleman Very politely said thank you, bye hope you enjoy your food. 1 star. Got home food was lovely another 1 star... keep up the good work I be back.
Can't even comment on food Supposed to be open at 5 o clock Monday been trying since 5 no reply no notification . Not good customer service . Owner has replied to my comment apologised he'd not put answer phone on He'd had family emergency. And has he states family first & I totally agree with that . I will try again another time Hope all is well ????
Ordered takeaway from here and had a very nice meal. All piping hot after a 15 minute drive, could tell they use fresh ingredients. Will definitely order again!
