All you have to do is read the recent review and they are all a mirror of each other.
So I won't waste anymore of my time with them. They are opportunists that take advantage of the vulnerable.
Word of advice to whoever is seeking debt help, there are plenty of organisations that will assist you for no cost.
Sadly this is another one of those I will have to chalk down to experience.
Really great whilst taking money, always told when you have finished paying your fee doesn't mean we leave you to it we are still there for you. NO THEY ARE NOT change phone numbers all the time always changing email addresses, now we have started getting court letters which we have sent via email found on website to be ignored. BE CAREFUL everybody they was brilliant when we started but once you have paid your fee they don't want to know. You will end up in a worse situation and nearly £2000 down in my case nearly £4000. I don't like writing bad things about services but this is so wrong to be treated this way when we have paid for a service.
Customer service been quite bad during out two years contract, never answering calls or emails but amazingly quick to contact me when any payment issue was raised (just once but shocking!!). contract ended with an email wit no reassurance, no advice ANYTHiNG AT ALL. Now i got creditors calling me daily when they told me was all done and completed. emailed, rang, left voice mails and no one bother answering. Please dont make any business with Galahad
Started of ok, But now I am still getting letters from my lenders to pay them back. I was on a IVA for a year and I approached Galahad to help me. After a couple of years I had no problems. Now my case is closed I am now getting letters from my lenders saying they have passed my debit to another company and now they are asking for payments, So nearly 4 years on and still not been resolved

I have tried to contact and deal with this company and follow up calls are never returned. I was with a similar company (same company director) called Consumer Law Barristers who promised the same thing as Galahad. They assigned a barrister who has all of a sudden stopped working on my case despite me paying the full term and no communication from him. I have gone back to Galahad as they have the same director as CLB and the same branding (but are not the same company rebranded? ) for further advise and support. They have been less than helpful. I am now in a worse position than when I started. Do not touch these guys or anything connected to them.
I contacted Galahad 2 years ago and they assured me they could help me so I signed onto an 18 month contract of payments so they had time to complete all the necessary work. During the 18 months I only received 2 or 3 updates from them on the work they were undertaking and the progress. Its now 9 months after my contract ended, and despite numerous attempts to get a final report and any information on the work they completed for me I'm just fobbed off with excuses such as "the person in charge of your case left, it seemed nobody picked this up after their departure" and "we have a lot of people on annual leave, you are a priority and we will have the information shortly." It's got to a point now where I amlooking at taking action against them
Terrible communication and service, paid quite a large amount monthly and don’t deliver. Complete waste of money.
Completed my term with no problems. Had phone call saying a follow up call was booked. However no phone call received until 2 days after apologising because they were snowed under and another one was scheduled. Guess what.....still nothing. Even after sending emails asking to contact me I just got automated reply and the usual waiting with no contact. Communication can be vastly improved and follow through with what you say is booked or even read emails
