Having been a patient here for years I continue to be impressed by the service I receive from Jenny. The receptionist is always welcoming, friendly professional and kind. The dental assistants are always wonderful too. I no longer live locally but continue to travel to this practice as the service is above and beyond. I came here as a teenager after my dentist retired and have consistently had good service ever since. Thank you all, you are a lovely team!
Jim is firm but fair. Has a good sense of humor and makes me feel comfortable as I hate the dentist!! Staff are also lovely and there aren’t long waits between appointments
My dentist Jenny is fantastic. Very caring patient and reassuring to me as I'm absolutely petrified of the dentist. 2 visits 1 extraction and feeling less anxious. Thank you Jenny for your patience and support ???? ❤️

I moved from east London to SE5 a good while ago and was hesitant about finding a new dentist, because my previous one was so good. When I used Google, this dentist came up, so I thought I'd take a stroll along Kennington Road and check it out. I found myself walking past several times and must admit it looked empty and closed. However, I was persistent. The next day I tried again and got an appointment.
I'm very pleased to say that the interior is pleasant, clean and with a friendly atmosphere. The receptionist is charming and soon I was having my check up with a French dentist and his very nice dental nurse. It's also probably worth mentioning that I was entitled to NHS free dental care and sometimes you worry if you will be mistreated... however, I was treated with 100% respect and in a 100% professional manner. The dentist gave me a thorough check-up and a deep clean. We talked about a nuisance molar and whether to proceed with a cap. I can have a £200 cap for free if I want, but I'm hanging out for some money to come my way so that I can have a white cap for £400. I am very relieved to have a reliable, international, professional dental surgery to go to.
My recent experience is similar to a previous reviewer - they have become adverse to doing fillings. Possibly as it’s more profitable on the meagre payment system from the NHS.
I lost a number of fillings over the covid period and went back here to get them replaced but they refused to do so. They now have a policy of giving you high fluoride toothpaste prescriptions rather than fillings. My teeth continued to be painful where the fillings had fallen out. Ended up having to change dentists to get the issue rectified.
As a result I no longer recommend GK Ooi/Jenny O’Reilly to local people.
Great, professional service. Lady on the reception is very kind person. Dentist needed to remove my tooth. It was quick and painless with local anaesthetics, no extensive bleeding after. The same with removing tartar- no pain, very quick and final effect is impressive. I strongly recommend Dr GK Ooi & Associates dental clinic.
It makes sense this dentist have ratings for tooth extractions as they dont seem to want to save your teeth. I was always petrified to go because all she ever pointed out was my gum disease and two hygiene appointments in 8 years and never a deep clean. Finally went somewhere else locally and now my confidence is positive again. It's sad that some dentists cruelly treat patients with the least service and will just wait for teeth to rot. Try to encourage you dentists to be kind and less draconian
