I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful service I received at this pharmacy. The team there was incredibly helpful and kind, making my visit a pleasant one. They took the time to address all my questions and ensured I left with everything I needed. I can't thank them enough for their exceptional care. This pharmacy comes highly recommended for their outstanding service!

Disgusting behaviour from ignorant staff especially Miriam who swore at my mother and called her a junkie for attempting to collect medication the GP had sent through and they couldn't be bothered to locate on their system without an ETP Barcode.
Not to mention if they did believe she was a junkie they should have flagged this as a concern as they are legally obligated to do, but obviously this was just a slur meant to offend her as this is not the case.
They both verbally assaulted and physically threatened my mother approaching her and coming out from behind the counter to do so then trying to report her to the police for false claims of criminal damage to get some money out of the situation, which even the police could tell were unfounded and they refused to provide CCTV evidence for this also.
Only one star as 0 is not possible, don't bother coming here they probably view you as a junkie undeserving of medical treatment
Absolutely fantastic pharmacy, I cannot fault it at all. Fulham Pharmacy truly go above and beyond.
I moved here from Kanari Pharmacy and it genuinely has been a pleasure to receive both my NHS and private prescriptions from here.
Staff are professional, courteous and extremely efficient. I would regularly be waiting for 15 minutes or so in my last pharmacy, Fulham Pharmacy have me wait a maximum of 5! (Even when I have an unusual amount of medications).
Prices are reasonable and there are a great selection of items, I have purchased some of what are now my favourite hairbrushes from here.
A special thank you to all the staff at Fulham Pharmacy. They are fantastic at their jobs and are extremely friendly and helpful.
