Nicest chippy chips in Stoke on Trent. Proper chips not pale imitations. Specials are tasty. Friendly owner. Photo is minced beef onions gravy and chips for a fiver.
First time getting chippy dinner from Frydays. Absolutely delicious ????. Handcut chips and lovely homemade dishes like steak & onion and chicken curry.
Went at 12:30 chips hard and cold. Straight in the bin. Awful avoid.
The kind of chip shop that unfortunately is disappearing- home made specials - steak & gravy (excellent) liver & onions, spam fritters .... found by chance on Google would defo go.out of my way to call again
Amazing fish and chips best in the area.
Just ordered 2 portions of chips, large peas and gravy. Its the first time we have been there for 5 years and reading the reviews the place seemed decent. Well we must of picked a bad night and it will be another 5 years before we try them again.
Put the chips on plates 30 seconds later all the chips went in the bin. The chips are over cooked, full of bits, smell of old oil and are greasy/soggy. AWFUL!
Not the worst chippy ever love that they offer alot of homemade stuff very good but very greasy but nice if not too greasy
I deliver potatoes to a lot chippies in the Cheshire and Staffordshire area, I eat a lot of chipshop food and the food from frydays is top notch every time, right up their with some of the best I've had, 10 out 10...
