we have used this place for the last few years, never ever again, last few times the food has gone downhill, But tonight was the worst ever. ordered large fish & large chips, the fish was half the size of the box normally it fits the box & the chips were dry, hard & cold, I swear they were pre heated from lunchtime, they were not fresh, they didn't even taste nice, had to be thrown away. AVOID. We will now go to the Fish King on the forum in future.
Having lived in France for the past 14 years I was thoroughly looking forward to fish and chips, however the fish was way overcooked on one side I can only assume it had been cooked then left on a heat somewhere. Obviously this side was placed down in the box it came in.
So I was extremely disappointed with a large dry fish that I ended up putting in the bin. Unfortunately I won't be going again .....
Where do I start…
Food tasted like it had been sat since last fryday
Kebab tasted like rubber
Paid for extra cheese yet received less than normal.
Asked for extra salt and didn’t even put any on it.
Boss man eating his dinner in the back looked very unprofessional, however his food looked better than ours.
Curry sauce overpriced.
The looks we were receiving from staff members looked as if we had invaded there front room, standing around giving us dirty looks.
I’d imagine the food hygiene isn’t great as a rat ran out the door as we pulled up!

Ordered food at half 1 from just eat. They Accepted the order. They close at 2pm so plenty of time to fulfil the order. Its now 10 to 4. Called them and i was rudely answered by a child who said they was closed until half 4. I advised that i had ordered at half 1 and he just said thanks okay bye and hung up. POOR SERVICE.
The portions were great, but the chips and chicken nuggets however was old It wasn't fresh at all.
Food was absolutely fantastic and the young lady that served me was a diamond, would highly recommend

I love it and now I always buy this food
As a regular customer, the fish is nice but the chips are terrible and refried many time until inedible. Please please please get fresh chips with the fresh fish
