Love this place. Staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to serve the local community. They have a personal relationship with their regular customers. Please ignore the reviews about ripping customers off. They not ripping off no body. Items are scanned and price comes up on screen in front of you. They are honest people. My kids go in there by themselves and never been ripped off. They will even send back receipt with the kids to prove the cost. They’re very honest. They look after their customers and the kids who shop with them.

I have been shopping here for twenty years, and have always received courteous service. They stock a wide range of products and are a cornerstone of the community. Some prices are a bit higher than supermarkets, as you would expect from a small local business, but prices are always reasonable. Top tip: try the fresh croissants in the morning - a great deal!
FreshGo is a legendary store. I have no idea how they pack so much into the small space. I've been there many times to get something that I couldn't get at the much larger Sainsburys up the road, and without fail they always have what I want. Amazing.

Been a customer for 7 years. Perfect local shop for me as I am disabled and cannot go all the way up the hill to Sainsburys. Prices are reasonable and they do not make them up otherwise they wouldn't be able to issue you with a receipt for your purchase. 90% of the staff are all friendly and polite and I have only seen the dog once in 7 years and it seemed under control to me.
Staff are friendly and this shop is a vital part of the community. The shop can become crowded at certain times so accessibility could be an issue however staff are always willing to help
