Fresh my doda! New York Deli Bagel . Blooming exspensive, heated to dangerous heat in the microwave which dried the bagel out to crunchy! WHY!!!!
waste of money and time. Not to mention the bagel was.no longer than a tiny Mc D's cheeseburger drom the kids menu.
If I hadnt been on the road before opening I would have gone back for a refund and a few polite words.
Never again I ca tell you.

Ordered full breakfast and coffee for two,anticipating a hot meal after a very long journey. What a mistake the meal was anything but freshly made and clearly no care or attention given to the quality. The waitress was great,however the cook should feel ashamed to offer such substandard fare,I suggest going back to catering college. As for the firm,well,very poor work ethics to charge overinflated prices for quite frankly rubbish. Yes I did get my money back!
Ordered a gourmet burger this evening, took one bite and near broke a tooth, it was rock hard and cold. The bap and salad was edible. Nothing like the burger in the picture. What kind of people work in these places that think it's ok to serve food like this. Other than I was in a hurry I would have fooooked it back over the counter at them and demanded my money back, £6 for a burger you wouldn't give to a dog.
Been here 3 times now. 1st time it took ages to get our simple breakfasts. 2nd time there was utter confusion with the pricing advertised on their menu in regards a 2 for £12.99. Today, the confusion is still there but they got it right this time. Cold, uncooked veggie sausage. No option of toast type. Great mushroom though! Last visit for us.
Wanted to leave -10 stars but sadly no option, we stopped in today on our travels home, when I finally decided what I wanted to eat (plain fish finger wrap) I got a huff when the order went through to the miserable "chef" and a smirk from the team leader (which also was a miserable sod) so I asked oh right is there a problem?
I then felt very angry and decided to go back up to the counter and express my anger with how I had been treated, luckily Ali sorted everything and calmed me down.
The best bit about my experience was meeting Ali and I would give him +10 stars. I would recommend that Ali should get a new job and for people to never visit this "fresh food" cafe.
Ordered a hotdog from here and found a fly in it, thought it was just a burnt dried onion but then found a wing from the fly in the ketchup. Absolutely horrible, would not recommend
Called in yesterday for a breakfast - we we're absolutely starving, had to wait for a bit , then when food was ready - handed it back straight away for yokey eggs like the pic - not battered ! Chefs obviously don't know how to fry eggs properly and serve hot food ! Will not be calling back there again
Nice enough. It's a chain at the end of the day. Looking to go vegan and asked the staff (so I know what I can eat when on the road), they say the soup is the only option.
That's a start, also the brand of chips they serve (Kettle) professes to be vegan friendly too.
