I wouldn’t use them again, very unprofessional . Got charged £600 for few correspondence emails to a third party solicitor which never benefited me in any case. I wasn’t made aware of what the cost would be for these emails either.

I was supported by Rohana Khan, the service provided was professional and streamlined. Rohana was easy to contact and answered any queries I had promptly and had my best interests at forefront which was comforting as a customer. Rohana had a lot of knowledge and was personable for which I was grateful. Rohana advised and supported me to make decisions. I would highly recommend and use again.
I have not yet instructed but I must say Harriet Newton took all my initials calls and really calmed me down and helped me understand life in general. She is such a lovely lady and Freeman are lucky to have such a caring lady working with them, who really cares about people wellbeing.
