Best KPortal Reviews
Honestly I never ever write bad reviews but I am just time and time again disappointed in Frankie & Bennys at the airport. You’d think I’d learn but each time I say “I think it was just what I ordered” and each time I am left with disappointment. I think the photos speak for themselves. It’s a bad day when your meal that’s £12 has less chips than the kids meal. The wrap was dry and burnt. We paid and never made a fuss as boarding had opened for our flight. Absolute waste of money! It also said served in 7 minutes but we weren’t, hence why we were so close to boarding time by the time we left. We actually just made it for the last call.
Very quick which is just what you want at the airport. Decent food at reasonable price. Our waitress Andrea was so lovely. She even gave us some insider holiday tips as we were going to her homeland.
Arrived here for a quick breakfast.
I was seated quickly and my order was taken promptly,I opted for the all day breakfast and and a Carmel latte.
The breakfast was good, and portion was ample.
My Carmel latte was delicious and was tempted to have another.
I paid with card, and it was fairly cheap for my breakfast and coffee, £17. I would have paid more at Burger King for a burger meal deal.
Very pleased and my tummy more so. Will easily come back again in future.
With two hours to go until our flight to London we popped in at about 11am for brunch.
I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't even know that this company still existed. It was always a late'90s thing.
For me, it was a great little menu with plenty that I'd have happily chosen. I opted for the Brisket Hash which came with onions and eggs.
Food was superbly tasty but let down by it being only really luke-warm. My wife's was the opposite...really hot but served with fridge-cold avocado.
A bit of a disappoint. I did mention to this our waiting person when paying...she was apologetic enough.
The really good thing was that there was no-one here on laptops - (making a filter coffee last for six hours) whilst using the restaurants power supply to charge all of their electrical devices.
Andrea was so friendly and provided excellent service. Food and drinks came quickly and was a big portion and really tasty! Helped having to be there at 4am!
Great experience just before holiday. Susan was lovely, very friendly & outgoing. Made everyone feel so welcome. Credit to the company.
I spent almost 8 years working for the company back in the day. I know the quality of the food and service pretty well.
I had bacon and cheese potato skins and a side of brokkolini with a glass of wine, and I still love this comfort food from time-to-time!
I also love the music.
Service was nice.
Many thanks to Susan for adapting a menu item to give me a lovely vegetarian breakfast at Glasgow airport this morning. Excellent personal service and the food was great! Thank you.
