I have just telephoned the takeaway in regard to an order that was placed the previous evening. I completely understand, we all make mistakes when running a busy fast food business.
I ordered 2 x Hawaiian Pizzas without any pineapple. What I received instead, was a Cheese and Garlic Bread Pizza. Rather than just apologising, the owner became very rude (when I telephoned him this afternoon). He said that he "didn't believe me" and "why did I not phone last night?".
We all make mistakes, but it is about how you recover the situation. You will see on here (from my reviews) that I very rarely complain. It takes nothing to just say sorry and replace my order.
Absolutely awful experience with awful food to match. The donner meat was grease bound and the chicken kebab was flavourless. We asked if we could have less donner meat in the box and a bit more chicken instead. They were rude about the idea so we just gave up on the idea. Won't be returning. I hope this company goes into liquidation and does Framlingham a favour.
Absolutely divine chicken kebab. I came in at a very busy time, but the employees still made me feel welcome and respected as a customer. I really enjoyed my food and would recommend 100%!
Havnt had a kebab from here in a ling time as I was disappointed to say the least! Today I ordered a medium dinner kebab with chili and garlic sauce with chips. Chips weren’t cooked enough, meat was dry ( like eating cardboard) Only sauce provided was a small amount of chili sauce. Back to zorbas!
Food tastes good but medium chicken kebab is kids portion :))

Ordered a veggie pizza and large chicken kebab. All cooked to order. Kebab was large with lots of tasty chicken breast meat and a good salad. Pizza was really good. Will go back again for sure .
It is always good to have food after a drinking session, brilliant service. The only bad thing was they ran out of Kebabs when I gone but substitution was lovely.
