Paul is friendly and fair. I was only in for an MOT and there was a small fault, which he picked up on and actually showed me the issue. I would definitely use this garage for MOT again and would use for repairs also.
Superb garage. Paul the owner really knows his stuff and can be trusted. I have all my family cars serviced and MoT'd there. Special mention to Fred the garage dog - he's a lovely old boy and is always happy to welcome you!
Managed to fit my car in at short notice for its MOT and did it while waited. Nice chap and very well equipped and tidy/clean garage. Will definitely be using his services again for my family's car needs
Absolutely shocking experience!
Suffered a flat tyre whilst driving home with my 2 year old daughter. Saw Fraddam garage sign up ahead and thought “phew, I’ll be able to get some help here.” How wrong I was!!!
Went in to the garage and the man sitting in the office didn’t even look up from his phone when I went in to ask for help.
I asked if he would be able to help me as I’ve got a toddler in the car and a flat tyre. His response was “my compressor isn’t turned on so you’ll have to try next door” - I went next door and it was closed so I went back to the extremely rude man and asked if he could please help me as the garage next door is closed.
He completely ignored me. I asked him if he was always this rude to customers to which he replied “I’m trying to do something on my phone!”
Thankfully the AA came to my assistance pretty quickly but I’m utterly shocked that a place whose sole purpose is to fix cars refused to help a single woman on her own with a baby!

Very nice and friendly guy. We broke down while on holiday and he saved the day! He fitted us in between appointments and we were good to go. Top man!!

Paul the garage owner is very knowledgeable and will go out his way to help and get people back on the road I wont take any vehicle anywhere else safety all the way
