This surgery has gone downhill the last few years they keep changing the policies and expecting everyone to know without any communication.
There is no one to speak to around work if you have a general enquiry or a prescription query. I ordered my medicine so I could have this on time but this still isn't sorted so now I don't have the medication I need. I haven't seen a doctor in years because I can never get an appointment even at 8am they are full for the day. No point even having a surgery local to home as they send you wherever they want to anyway.
I would give 0 stars if it was an option. Pre-covid i had a regular doctor at the same surgery which was easy to get an appointment with. Since joining up with the other surgeries it is impossible to see the doctor, in fact its been over 4 years since i was able to use my local surgery. Now they have an online service its even worst, im trying to get a diabetes test but cant see anyone about it...Ended up purchasing my own which confirms it but its impossible to speak to the doctor.
Staff are lovely people can't do enough for you doctors are best ever find.howevwr the new system to book appointment is a joke have so many options to pick before even get to point booking an appointment I can never find what option I need how elderly are meant to use it or people not computer literate. Another case of goverment messing up our nhs and letting our nhs staff down putting extra stress burden on them and leaving them to take the brunt of peoples anger.a disgrace on nhs another case were shows the goverment don't care about us
Absolute shambles of a surgery, can't get an appointment via phone so I queued before the surgery opened at the door. Became apparent very quickly why the phone lines don't work when they started taking appointments at the door 5 mins before opening. I was 10th in the queue however still couldn't get an appointment even though I was speaking to a receptionist face to face at 08:02. It seems either no one works here or the doctors run a private practice that take priority. Moved to a new doctors after being registered here or only 3 weeks.
called in Feb to renew my mediction prescription but April has know been cancelled with out any notice or warning now have to spend another couple hours to try and speak to some

I had previously left a one star review over ridiculous waiting times for trying to book an appointment when I had work. I will say last Wednesday the lady answered with in 5 mins and was so lovely. I didn't change it as I thought it was a fluke but I've rang again this morning and after one ring a different lady answered. We had such a giggle on the phone. She was absolutely lovely. I just wanted to say I know sometimes we have to wait on people to answer the phone but the girls that work in this doctors are so lovely I don't think I've ever had a bad one. So please be kind to them. What's going on isn't their fault. We need more smiley staff like this everywhere we work so from me to you thanks for the great job girls I appreciate you ❤️
