Possibly the worst Chinese that we have ever had. Everything we ordered was horrible the portions were small and you'd be lucky if the containers were 3/4 full.
I'll definitely stick to our usual from now on who are cheaper, 100x tastier and the portions are double the size
Very poor effort from this Cinderford takeaway.Normally order form Magic Wok who send great food but on a Sunday you get The Fork & Spoon instead.Rang then and they said” You don’t get a full
Portion of Chips if you order Chicken & Chips” Followed by if you don’t like it don’t ever order from us again” ???? Shocking so now know to avoid on a Sunday and stuck to The Magic Wok and China House
This place a joke only half order and small portions and cold food would not go here again ever and almost 40 pounds for hardly anything
Gone seriously down hill, last time I spent £40 and the chips was over cooked and disgusting, chicken balls had been over cooked and they have started putting less in!
The only nice thing was the beef chow mein. Waste of money
The special friend rice is not traditional. It came in a tub quarter full with rice and then the rest is sauce and toppings. Not a side dish for my sweet and sour chicken it’s just another main in my opinion. Which was disappointing as I had to cook my own rice…
If you like rice as a side then stick to basic egg fried rice or boiled.
A consistently high standard of Chinese and English food at great prices. Orders are prepared very fast for collection or delivery.
One of the better Chinese takeaways and very reasonably priced. Great meal deals during the week and the set meals are also great.
Lady who usually serves is on the blunt/bordering on rude side, but you can put up with her for the savings made!
Me and my partner often used to get takeaway from the fork and spoon but haven’t been back in over year because of a very unsatisfactory meal. Normally the food is okay but this one time my egg fried rice stunk of cigarettes. It also tasted like cigarettes and my partner agreed. Possible the chef was smoking as cooking and some ash fell in but I can’t say for sure. Just an assumption of what may have been the cause.
