Hello to everyone! I want to share my bad experience with this GP. Dr OMOSULE, Richard doesn’t want to hear you. U speaking to yourself about your own problems. Even if he ask you to check your blood or any other tests, you will wait minimum two weeks for his next appointment then he will tell you he can’t see you at your time because he wants to see another patients f 2 f! Never add any your symptoms on your medical history. He will totally ignore all your serious health problems and if you say you want to check anything else he just say to you, that you must book another appointment. So he doesn’t solve your problems, then you have more problems and all what he can say to you that you fat and need to move, even if you’re vegetarian and doesn’t eat fat food! He just will never even ask what do you eat, he just tell you what he wants and put you down! No help, no support, never listen your problems. Very rude person!
Appalling attitude by the Asian female receptionist - Sabrana, (not sure about the spelling of her name). I hope Senior NHS management make a note of this and put measures in place to improve the service.
WOW.........Phoned with a query, Thank God this isn`t MY GP `s practice, but feel sorry for my 92 year old mother-in-law, on whose behalf i was phoning. Definitely needs retraining & updating her telephone manner........rude, did her job, but with a MEGA attitude.
20/09/2019 14:00, Today I was at the medical centre, because on Fridays 10:00-17:00 they open as Walk-In clinic. The clinic was completely empty, but the gentleman at the reception said unfortunately they are filled up, no free slot, and no chance to see the nurse because they are extremely busy at the moment. I will never go there again, usually I go to Boots Walthamstow to get my pills, but due the fire accident they are closed. At Boots the staff are more friendly and helpful than here.
I am very disappointed.
This place is good to visit to check your hearing aid and other stuff so go and try
What's the point to keep this GP under the NHS payment if there is not doctor available same as appointment face to face.
Absolutely waste of money as we've got five person at the reception.

After seeing the review yesterday I was scared as I have an appointment with the ENT department today but I got surprised by their behaviour I asked them how long it takes time over the phone & got replied 20 minutes exactly they are done in 20 minutes.

I am wondering WHY this practice is still operating?
The staffs are extremely rude and un_ professional. They act like gangs members and attacking anyone challenge them on thier behavior.
No comunication skils at all and recently after 25 minute trying to reach them for an appointment was told I should call another time for appointment as there is non available.
When I said I have been on the phone since 8am and need an appointment the receptionist said that your lying.
I went to the Practice and I show them on my mobile the TIME I have been calling since but I was still denied appointment.
They really dont care for patients at all and the local council should close the practice for good.
