Waited 5.5 months to have my car repaired ...every single week they were waiting for yet another part. Terrible and disgusting
Very efficient. Front of house staff were very good and understanding. The car returned was very clean, inside and out.
I had to take my car for repair after a no fault incident. FMG were very professional, friendly and efficient. Hopefully won't have to go back but just wanted to give them a shout out.
Terrible service !! Lasted 3 months and still had to wait an hour to collect my car as repairs not completed properly and the car was dirty. I also suspect my car might have been damaged during this time :(
No apology. No recognition of the inconvenience caused.
