I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the Jerk Platter I ordered. Initially, I was satisfied with its appearance and taste, but my excitement quickly turned to dismay as I reached the middle of the platter. To my dismay, I found that all of the Jerk Pork pieces were completely burnt to a crisp. They were so charred that they tasted bitter, rendering them inedible. Considering the price tag, I had high expectations for this meal, only to be let down by the burnt Pork.
While the Jerk Chicken was mostly acceptable, I noticed that some pieces were also slightly burnt, detracting from the overall experience. The Jerk Lamb, however, was passable.
As a paying customer, I expect nothing less than quality for my money. Encountering burnt portions in my order left me feeling cheated and dissatisfied. It's crucial for food establishments to ensure that the dishes they serve meet the expected standards, especially when customers are paying a premium price.
I hope this feedback serves as a reminder to prioritise consistency and quality control in food preparation. Customers should be able to enjoy their meals without encountering such disappointing issues.
Pretty good Jamaican food, ordered peppered steak and jerk chicken. Steak was tasty and spicy the way I like it but was a bit hard, mac&cheese was so good and full of flavour, almost melted in my mouth.
Jerk chicken portion was small thou, felt more like appetiser than full meal. Taste itself was good too, can't complain here.
Would order again.

Caught FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered on the 6th March. Couldn’t eat the coleslaw as it looked gone off. Ordered Sweet Chilli wing's and was sent Jerk wings. I also ordered Jerk Lamb, Jollof Rice with Mac & Cheese
By the next day, I had all the symptoms of food poising. 10 days later symptoms still haven’t resolved and now I am on antibiotics after catching bacteria from eating food here.
Made order on Uber and most of food was ok but the prawn pasta was gone off and texture was sticky, also there are hardly any prawns in there. Also the jollof rice was not a type of jollof rice I’ve ever tasted before but wasn’t bad (just not jollof rice). Tried contacting restaurant but couldn’t get through there is no excuse for the pasta.
Ordered from here twice now AND sent an email with no response. Food is charred, and I found a small black hair embedded in my pork.
Very poor customer service.
Unapologetic when they gave my order away to another customer that arrived after me.
I waited over 20 minutes for my food to be prepped, only to then be told what my order was now not available. Even though he checked and saw it was available before I paid for it.
The other customer should have been told to wait for the next food being cooked, not me.
I wish I asked for my £30 refund instead.
I Ordered Large Lamb This What they sent me thru my Deliveroo???? and I called them I mention to The Lady on the phone that I ordered Large Jerk lamb and it’s dry and burnt????the lady told me the Large lamb comes like that small container Because It’s Expensive????. I mean are you Serious now?? And I’m a regular Customer. I used to Love this Place and the food. But it’s time for me to Look Different Jerk Place To order. And I will not Recommend This Jerk Shop To my Friends Anymore or to anyone else????????????????????????.
Driven passed this shop so many times- today was the day to treat myself whilst at work. Unfortunately it took 2 hours to get to me (over 1 hour to prepare for a meal for 1 person) and when it came I was more than disappointed :( I'm not one to complain, especially to small businesses but this was far from acceptable.
Food was cold, dry and not edible. The jerk sauce tasted like slightly spicy ketchup- not jerk sauce! The coleslaw had leaked everywhere in the bag- overall very disappointed and a waste of money for me:( The punch was the only thing that tasted good but not cold...
