Took 38 minutes to get a very simple order other people got food 5-10 minutes, overprices low quality food that took way too long to make for the terrible quality and costumer service; no apology given for the extreme wait time. Genuinely terrible food for its price . It shouldn’t take almost 40 minutes to reheat the terrible chicken they have very flavorless, Absolute scam do not buy waste of time and money
Ordered twice in one month once it was burnt but restaurant was busy so I threw it away and got a refund ordered tonight
I’ve got some cooked dough no garlic complained on food hub and got told this is how they make it don’t have much time making it all it was is plain dough I’ve had garlic bread from here before and it’s always been really nice past few times has been shocking!! This could be down to poor management of this takeaway
We ordered some ice cream and never received it. We Called two hours later they finally picked up and said it was delivered but we never got it. The guy said he would deliver it never did. Waited till 4 am for it never showed ordered at 1am
After reading some low star reviews we thought we'd give em a go, as we've always liked their food, although we haven't ordered for a while.
Well, we ordered to feed 3 and we were very impressed with the low price and wow! the food was delivered quickly and was hot and very tasty, fresh and excellent value for money. Will definitely order again.
This is a takeaway that must read their customers feedback, as our delivery was one of the best we've had.

Second time I've ordered from them in a month, first time was ordering for a date night but turned up burnt and cold so throw it away amd headed to the a local chippy for food, and the last the food the food was late and the garlic bread had no garlic on it. Flames said that's how it was made.
I wouldn't bother! Waited over an hour after having phoned to confirm they'd received my order then when I phoned back to chase it up they hadn't even started it. When I asked if they had he just said he'd cancel it and hung up - I didn't ask that! Complete rubbish! A shame because it used to be good!
Food was minging start to finish usually its OK but a rat wouldn't even of ate it food was over an our to come wish I didn't ring remind them were my food was most of it went in the bin the bin didn't even deserve to be treated like that what we got sold
I've ordered from Flames twice now. This time I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and a garlic bread with cheese. Also fast delivery on both.
First time was just chicken and chips.
Chicken was a little dry and on the bland side but can't complain.
This time the chicken shawarma was amazing. No faults here and garlic bread just as good.
