Beautiful site, very well maintained and easily accessed. Good electric hook up and water pressure. Easy access to Buxton and Bakewell along quiet roads. Excellent pub, The Bulls Head, a pleasant walk away along well marked tracks.
Quite a nice site , very quiet, not near a main road. Hook ups only, no facilities. Quite shaded as amongst trees.
Had a wonderful two weeks here. CL so just five pitches in the most wonderful surroundings. Lot's of different bird sounds and the dairy cows going past twice a day. Lots to see in the area. Good for bike trails.
Lovely site to stay at, friendly and welcoming owner. There are no facilities barring water, EHU & Elsan point but there is free WiFi. We couldn't get a TV signal but hey, who cares when your in the great outdoors! The only downside were the very noisy crows and jackdaws but your in the countryside so it's their home aswell! Plenty of walking and good eateries within driving/cycling/walking distance.
Great site with top class facilities. A bit of a drive to the local attractions but not too bad. We didn't have great weather but it didn't spoil our stay here. The dog owner who let his dog foul outside the shower block was a selfish pig though.
