Great service from these guys, they managed to complete my 5 day job in 3 days. Dean kept me in the picture with updates. Clean snd tidy courtesy car provided. They made sure to remind me of what I needed to have with me at drop off and collection. Safe Covid protective environment. I noticed on the way out they carry out service and maintenance work also, highly recommended, I’ll be back, hopefully for just the service work and not accident damage ????????
Hmmm, difficult. I had an accident last June. Fix auto had the repair, they took 6 weeks and brought back a damaged dirty car. 9 months and lockdown later they tried to sort it out, got it wrong, and despite every call being a busy period, it was 14 calls before I got through. A series of emails meant I met a great team on Friday who sorted out the problem.
Customer service shouldn't be this hard. They can do it but it really shouldn't be this way
Absolutely brilliant. It was a small job, but they were really clear up front and managed my expectations and were super efficient, and fixed the problem (rear corner bumper) really well. definitely recommend
My daughter had a crash and being a key worker needing her car for work this company I feel went above and beyond to return her car very quickly everything was done very professionally and she was very pleased with the work

Tried giving me my car back after them having it for 5 months with parts missing that weren’t missing when it went to them, new damage and parts not bolted on... absolute joke, the vehicle has been with them since December 2019 and I still do not have it back
Rubbish company don’t use them been waiting for my car to be fixed for 3 months!! No updates to let me know what’s actually happen with my car and when I phone them they say their waiting for parts!! Each time they give me a date to collect my car it changes each week. Absolute joke!
Would rate minus if its possibly absolute poor service. Car has been with them now for 3 months and nothing has been done except more damage. Avoid like the plague
