What a little gem. Bar staff superb, landlady was a delight. The customers also so friendly. This is what we call a proper pub ????
Good clean country pub. If you are after a meal then it's not for you as they only sell toasted sandwiches.Probably caters for local's rather than passing trade. Large garden in which to sit if you prefer,with nice views across the village. Would I drink there again ? Yes I would.
Didn't eat but had a couple of pints which were very well kept and a good price. Brilliant atmosphere, will be coming back soon.
Dropped in for a drink over a weekend away. Lovely local atmosphere. Went back twice more. Band playing too. Proper local pub. Very welcoming. Don't think they do food but pizza and burger van turns up and I'm told they are excellent.
Friendly, cosy and a great selection of beer. They have a Pool table and boules area and a large outside seating area. Staff are friendly and attentive.
I can honestly say this is the best pub in Suffolk, the location is fantastic and everyone is so very friendly.

Great place to sit down and have a great time with friends. Great drinker's pub and everyone had a laugh and a joke.
Well went to this pub with a friend and my partner and its really nice but in the middle of nowhere so took us about an hour to get there. Having said that, it's a lovely pub and nice atmosphere and if you like a drive out in the sunshine, it's worth a visit. Didn't give 5 stars purely for the fact had no interaction with bar staff so don't know what they are like. The pub and grounds were lovely though.
