I was very happy with the level of customer service I received at Fitzharris Motors last month, especially with it being a particularly busy time of the year and at short notice having suddenly encountered problems with my car. I highly recommend and will certainly be using this garage again in the future.

It is the last place in the UK where I will come back for MOT. Be carful! They will write each small thing to your history. My MOT history was clean, because I care about my car, but this guys found problems that I have never even heard about... stay away from this garage
Excellent Garage who kept to their word and helped solve issue with car. My car had broken down during the.weekend . I had recovered the car to the garage. I called them up on the following Monday. The garage was fully booked for over a week but they accommodated my car. When their schedule cleared up they had a look at my car and has done a good job on it.
Very honest garage, have been to them twice now and have had very clear communication from all staff members. Not trying to upsell me on work I asked for when they didn't think it was necessary.
Also were very kind in taking the cost of a service off my bill when they made a mistake, on top of giving me a courtesy car while they sorted the issue.
Overall highly recommended garage.
Great place. They fitted me in pretty quickly and did my MOT, lending me a courtesy car while I was waiting which was awesome.
They are collecting my other car at the end of the month for a bit of a resurrection and MOT so I can give it to my daughter. That will be great to get it going and get her mobile too.

I took my car for Mot and it failed on rear break discs and shock absorbers, witch is fear enough and the guy on the desk told me if I bring it back for retest with in 10 days it’s free of charge. I did bring it back with in 2 days but they made me wait for a week or so and they charged me extra £ 27. 40 . When I asked why would you change me extra when I was told that it’s free of charge with in ten days the lady on the desk claimed to be the manager said doesn’t matter what they told you I am the manager and it’s my decision.
I do not recommend anyone else to go there I think that’s rip off .
I used the garage 3 times to fix my 15 years old focus, once per year usually :). Once, I think, I was overcharged on the battery, not too bad though, and it happen 3 years ago. Since then I never had any issues. All done promptly, with good quality and on time. In last two years I am really happy with the service. Good communication, straight-forward, good value. I wouldn't recommend it 3 years ago, but now I am happy to do so!
