Food was bland and VERY oily with oil and grease leaking OUT of the box. As you can see in the pictures.
Ordered the 12 inch Roma Pepperoni Pizza however there was only one piece of pepperoni per slice.
Ordered 3 Ranch dips, they were all MISSING.
Price per pizza is VERY expensive.
Disappointing food and service.

Unfortunately, this is how oily the pizza was, it was so oily that the box had absorbed the oil, that's why it was even visible outside the box as you can see.
One piece of pepperoni per slice is unacceptable.
You did not address the fact that 3 Dips were missing.
Although Fireaway is close to home, I had never patronized it until last week. Looking for a place for a late lunch, I nipped in and experienced a most pleasant surprise. Owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. Told us about a more cost-effective way to place our order. Food was excellent. Several vegetarian options. Restaurant was spotlessly clean and well organized. Atmosphere was great. All in all, an excellent experience. Highly recommended!
When this first opened, it was tasty and different, and so I've ordered from here a few times before. However, the last couple of occasions have been quite poor to be honest but kept ordering becuse of buy one get one free offers...my weakness...
- Pizza taste overall has become bland
- Dough consistency is now harder and more chewy
- Lack of ingredients...I mean come on guys, there's no point being tight and then asking people to pay extra for more ingredients. Just about one pepperoni per slice, which is not good. The price you charge per pizza is high, so your profit must be great given most ingredients are cheap, so loosen those hands a little.
Finally, if you collect your order, then you get a free dip but if you order online, then you have to pay for a dip. What is that all about?! Every other pizza takeaway I have ever ordered from has always given free dips for delivery.
Ordered a pizza with chicken wings and a canned drink. Found hair on my pizza, disgusting!!!
To be fair, uber issued a refund and the restaurant gave me £13 voucher for the next purchase.
I ordered again and the pizza was good. Although, they seem a bit greedy with the ingredients.
Getting a Fireaway pizza has become our family's weekly tradition. The quality and texture of the dough is far above other popular chains. Customer service is fantastic – the chef always gets our order ready on time and welcomes us in with a smile. 100% recommended!
Paid extra for pepperoni, 6 slices on a 12” pizza. If you’re going to be that tight on toppings at least place them and cut the pizza evenly so all slices get enough toppings.
The dough is a poor imitation of authentic Italian style but it’s just the wrong thickness and consistency for the type of cooking.
Overall it’s just a below average pizza.
Great pizza at an affordable price. Very different to the usual pizza hut, Papa John's, or Domino's. Lots of options on the menu, and available on delivery and collection. The staff was very helpful as we had a issue with online payment and discount code but they were happy to give the welcome discount in store as well. Quick service and the pizza were ready when I entered the shop.
We had the burner and Pestuno along with the chicken strips, every item was very delicious and highly recommend. Lots of options for sides and deserts too.
Fantastic pizzas and amazing customer service. The only thing better than their employees is their pizzas ????. We've been coming here every week for over a year now and we've never been disappointed!
