Gem of a little restaurant set in beautiful surroundings. Hosts most welcoming. Mystery set menu but will cater to any dislikes if advised in advance. More suited to adult dining. Food was excellent 5/5. Well worth a visit booking advised. Definitely on our list to visit again.
Best steak i have had in a long time . Host is so pleasant and have booked again for next week . Bit more expensive than other local restaurants but well worth it if you want a relaxing home cooked meal .???? ????. Ps its very clean and well spaced for covid ???? ..
Wir waren 14 Personen und hatten einen sehr schönen Abend. Der erste Gang war Artischokenherz mit Luft getrockneter Tomate und Camembert. Der zweite Gang Grüne Spargelsuppe mit Ei und Schinken. Der Hauptgang war ein Gericht aus Castillien, Pute, Gemüse in Blätterteig und Wildreis. Als Nachtisch hatten wir ein mit Vanillecreme gefülltes Crêpes. Dazu habt es einen guten roten und weissen Hauswein. Das Team besteht aus Frau und Mann und beide sind mehr als bemüht Ihren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Da unsere Gruppe auch ein Geburtstagskind enthielt, hat der Hausherr, der auch der Koch ist, einen Geburtstags Kuchen gebacken. Eine gelungene Überraschung.
Um einen Tisch zu bestellen und in den Genuss der Küche zu kommen, muss man vorher anrufen. Das Menü aendert sich ständig, da der Koch täglich frisch einkaufen geht.
Es ist ein bisschen teurer, aber es lohnt sich

Fantastic is the only way to describe this unique dining experience. No menu chef cooks what he buys that day and although its a bit scary not knowing what you will be getting its exciting too. If you let chef know any dislikes. The wine was truly the nicest wine i have ever tasted from local vineyard. This was definitely a favourite place for us. Highly recommend if you can get booked in
