This is the second time using this garage.
The garage has CCTV everywhere so you won’t get anything but thorough work, carried out by the team.
Mr T is honest and truthful to what NEEDS to be done on your car and what COULD be done on your car to make it run correctly or be better.
You will never be ripped off because he physically shows you and discusses with you what needs doing before he does it.
He will also match any estimate you get from another garage.
It’s not about the money for Mr T, it’s about faith, trust and happy customers .
He is also a pillar of his community and works closely with local outreach programs.
Stop looking for another garage - you’ve found the best in the business here!
I was initially happy with the work done as my car seemed in good working condition and it was done in good time. However one day my car would not start. The guy from the AA asked if I had had my clutch repaired recently. Turns out they fitted the wrong bolts into my gearbox and not enough of them either. This caused the gearbox to leak oil and has had excessive wear. I would avoid.
If you want a dishonest MOT that's the best place.
If you're not familiar with cars they'll try to over charge you as much as they can.
Went for a MOT and they tried to get me advisories for anything, saying that the car wasn't roadworthy went to another garage and passed the MOT straight away.
Avoid at all costs, you can feel an atmostphere that something is not right in that place.
Previous years have been great but unfortunately since changing from Fillwood to Tees, the service has gone downhill. I booked for 0830 this morning and was told my MOT would take no more than 45mins. Arrived at 0830 and no tester had arrived so went for coffee at Morrisons. Returned just after 9 to be told the test won't be coming in til 11am. Absolute waste of time.
Also, the entrance way isn't the safest. You're expected to drive over a trench bridged by and RSJ and some metal plates. Picture included
Had a metal heat shield fitted, £50 cash in hand (card machine was broken!), I wasn’t given a receipt, the heat shield came loose the next day on the M25, I had to take it to another garage in London to be fixed. Feel like I was totally scammed
The service & MOT that I received last year was fine, however they lost my service book (and therefore my full service history). I tried to chase this for around 6 months, and just received excuse after excuse. After a while I've unfortunately had to give up, and my car's value has lost around £1000. Would not recommend.

Car started making very alarming noises a couple of days before Christmas. Obviously every garage was horrendously busy, but they managed to diagnose same day and repair it in time to drive home- much appreciated! My car is a very old, but much loved heap of junk, but I still think they took excellent care and everyone was very friendly!
