Everyone involved has been amazing throughout the process. Even though it’s not the outcome I/we were hoping for, I knew exactly what my chances were. What you do is amazing!
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Sarah and F.A. staff. They provided me with exceptional treatment that made me feel at ease. Although my treatment didn't yield the desired outcome, I am not disappointed as I was fully aware of the possible results.
I am extremely annoyed with this place. I requested my medical documents before Christmas as I’m overseas and visiting a doctor where I currently am. I’m yet to receive these even though I told them this is urgent. I just can’t understand why it needs to take so long. I was asked initially why I need these and I gave my reply. Again I’m asked why I need these, but don’t have any medical documents yet. I completed the documentation immediately from my end but the clinic just seems to be too lazy to do anything from their end when things are urgent
Do not recommend this place. got an ultrasound done and the doctor missed an important finding. was advised to start with injections for 3-4 weeks and in the end was told ""oh sorry, previous doctor missed a finding" and I can come for counselling. Ridiculous.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! THEY DON’T RETURN CALLS. ALWAYS DELAY THE PROCESS! THEY TOOK THE MONEY BUT THEY KEPT DELAYING MY PARTNER’s IVF BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO BUSY MAKING MONEY SEEING CLIENTS PRIVATELY THAN TAKING CARE OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WAITING TO SEE THEM. Shocking service!!!
After sending countless emails and a phone call because my partner couldn't register online without a single reply I went in to pick up the form which I was told my partner should be at an appointment because I'm having public funding, not sure why for that reason my partner should be there also.
Then when I went to my first appointment after I saw the Doctor, who was great. I was told to go into another room where two nurses would talk to me about the cost of my first procedure which isn't covered by public funding. The young nurse which had nothing to say except maybe woman shouldn't wait to they are 39 before they have to get help with having a baby, which I found completely inappropriate to say to a 39 year old woman who has tried everything before now, to get pregnant and that health issues and so on, have prevented me from getting pregnant naturally and doing anything more drastic sooner. So first impressions are not good and maybe this particular nurse needs speaking to on how to speak with patients. I wonder if people that fall under public funding are treated differently to private paying patients. Either way I'm not impressed.
I think they deserve a golden trophy for the hard work the F.A staff and members put into anybody who walks thru those doors. They’ve been nothing but amazing to me and my partner over our treatment and process. I hope they’re acknowledged for their efforts, we truly couldn’t ask anybody better to do the job. Thank you guys so much for what you’ve done for us this far. Best in town, best in nz, best all round. Keep up the great work, its people like you guys who make something so nerve racking so smooth and normal. We are blessed and grateful
I was so nervous to go to fertility associates to freeze my eggs but the experience was great. The doctor was realistic but helpful as, and I felt like she was a real good advocate for women (Michelle) and the nurses were great. It was done and dusted and got to successfully freeze my eggs. Way better experience than I anticipated. The day of the egg freezing was all like an hour and the Nurse their was super lovley too.
