Very bad service and very rude staff no shame whatsoever.no sympathy for even elderly people.booking an appointment at this surgery is so annoying ist they don't answer phone after a long wait when they answer then they say all appointments gone can't book for tomorrow call back tomorrow. NHS should take action against these ignorent people and close this surgery.
Fernbank surgery staff shame on you guys including doctors they should be behind bars treating people with no respect and manners knowing that you are public servants and its our tax money we are paying your wages and everyone keep giving them bad reviews and keep on reporting to NHS.
Very bad services and very rude staff. I tried almost dozens of time to get appointment for my child 5 year old they don't want to see patient. They u have to wait for 4 weeks to get appointments with GP. VERY very worst and rude staff

I recently had an unfortunate experience with my GP's office, and I must say it was one of the worst service encounters I've had. The receptionist's attitude was incredibly rude, and it seemed like she had no interest in assisting patients. Her careless negligence in handling appointments and inquiries added to the frustration of the overall experience. It's essential for healthcare providers to maintain professionalism and empathy, and this experience fell far short of those expectations.
The worst surgery ever. Doctors are still very rarely seeing patients ftof....if and when you do you're fobbed off within seconds. Horrendous doctors there at moment. Needs to be shut down!!
Dr Banghash worked hard when he was around. Since then it's become a nightmare.

This place is an absolute joke as you are placed on hold for ages , sometimes it has been over 60 minutes on hold. Then you get to number 1 in queue and they disconnect you.I won’t be calling the surgery in future instead i am going to take myself down to the unfortunately over stretched A & E department and tell them i cannot get through to doctors so had to come here and let Fernbank Medical Centre get billed for my visit and also raise questions about the shocking conduct of the centre.
This place is a joke everytime I call them to make an appointment they don't answer keeping you wait over an hour. Everytime I walked in at 8.30 to make an appointment all the staff are sitting down taking no calls or nothing. I feel like they ignore the calls. Iv been discharge from hospital they said any problem go back to your Gp but they don't give you an appointment..
