Having been let down by a garage in Halstead I called around looking for some where that could MOT my car at short notice. Every place I tried had nothing available until I rang Fenners. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was polite and friendly and said if I could bring it in first thing Saturday and leave it with them they'd get it done. I drop the car off as requested however less than two hours later I get a call to say the car is ready for collection. Fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone I spoke too was friendly, helpful and polite and it's definitely somewhere I would recommend.
This garage and the lads never fail me on fantastic services i get from them ive been using them about 7 years now .

This place has got me out of trouble on so many occasions. I used to use others in Braintree, until I found these guys, they are amazing! They go above and beyond to get you back on the road. Literally this evening at 16:00 i couldn't start my car due to a faulty starter motor. They came round push started my car got me to the garage and I had a call 2 hours later to say you can pick your car up job done! I can't thank these guys enough the best garage in Braintree

Terrible experience..had clutch fitted and despite bleeding the clutch 4 times, it still wasn't functioning properly despite the garage staff saying it was...drove home on A120 on way home from work when the clutch pedal sunk to the floor so i couldn't change gears...had to swerve to a nearby lay-by for safety after nearly being involved in a collision with another car which nearly killed me..took my car elsewhere and they bled the clutch and got it working as still trapped air in it despite Fenners Garage Motorworks saying all air had been removed...i will never go there again...incompetent staff, rude and abrupt...will avoid like the plague in future ...
Ive been using this garage for MOT for many years and they are very friendly and helpful! They went totally above and beyond to help me with my vehicle that wouldn't start this week! Already recommended this garage to my sister who is also a very happy customer ????
The prices are also very reasonable for such a good service!

Used fenner's multiple times over the past three years for fixes to m.o.ts and highly recommend. Great service, reasonable prices and found they're communication is always great - no need to chase etc.
