My absolute favourite spot for breakfast! I don't get the chance to visit as much as I'd like as it's quiet far from where I live but always make time when I can! They offer a wide range of selection and also cater as best they can for vegetarians. My favourite item jas to be tue bubble and squeak when it's available. The staff and owner are always very polite and helpful. The cafe itself is very easy to access as it's just of one of the main roads leading into Newport itself. Parking can be a little awkward but along as you don't mind a small walk you'll be just fine. I'd highly recommended trying for yourself.

Lovely big Sunday roast with 3 meats and pudding. Excellent value, enough to feed us for 2 days!
The food was lovely, not so much the sausages. The one thing I was disappointed in was the owner and one of the girls was at logger heads. I was asked if I knew one of the girls and if she had a problem because I did know her a bit from a long time ago. The reason this annoyed me was I do not wish to get involved. It was the first time in over a year me and my husband was kid free and decided to spend some time together before our baby scan. The lady did apologise though for herself and her staff. I must say the girl cooking the breakfasts at front was amazing. The food was delicious. She was on it, fast and organised. Although the place could do with a good clean. I always wipe my table over when I’m finished no matter where I go and when I lifted up the centre table piece that holds the salt and pepper, I was shocked. The mess did not come from ourselves. I don’t think I will be returning but again, I have to take my hat off to the girl with the dark hair cooking out front
Stopped by yesterday for breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed what we had. There was 7 of us and our waitress was great, she was really helpful and hard working. I had the veggie breakfast which is the best I've had in an extremely long time, it was great, really tasty and plenty of it. Food was good value for money. Would recommend this place if you're in the area.
Lovely little caff, nice atmosphere and funky old fashioned American diner decor, food like good British greasy spoon with loads of choice, decently priced, polite friendly staff.
First time visiting this place with my little boy while we were waiting for my car to pass MOT and it was lovely! Breakfast was really nice, everyone was so friendly and so reasonably priced compared to other cafes. Will definitely return.
