Jalapeno poppers were ok. The pizza wasn't good at all. Despite being a thin crust it really wasn't cooked properly at all, pizzas cook better in regular oven at home over than the underneath of this was! My husbands chicken was cheap and greasy.
Great pizza and really friendly service, best I've had in a long time. Not from the area, so ordered online having read Google reviews, slight trepidation but concerns were blown away by the reception we received and the quality of the pizza.
The owner/manager/"Fred" was brilliant with my youngster, knew exactly how to engage children, provided a gift and served us promptly. Will use again if/when back in the area.

Fantastic pizza for a great price well worth a visit everyones loving the new menu freshly made pizza doe on site plenty of toppings Friday is a cash only deal in shop of BOGOF new owner is friendly and willing to help in any way he can defiantly going to order from here again this weekend probably the new fat boy pizza awesome also available is garlic bread ribs oh yes and different slices of chocolate cake/ice cream
I was told there was a new owner so decided to give fanellies another chance. Hugely inproved since the last owner. My only complaint was my margarita with anchovies was a little overdone, not a lot, but just a little. Still, far better than any of the other chains ive been using lately. After many years of being a once in a blue moon customer to see if you've improved, you have just won my regular custom back. Please keep it up and don't slip down the route of going on the cheap with ingredients and dough as the last owner did.

Brilliant pizza realy nice and tastey not full of fat and greece with just the right base and toppings.. Brilliant Service from a small independent friendly local family run business. Much better than the big multis in the town. Thanks guys.
The worst pizza ever I wouldn't even give it a star had to to write this. I ordered a deep pan pizza and its not, its not even cooked the dough is raw maybe it is a deep pan if its cooked properly. When you try to call them says this number does not exist garlic bread on the raw side as well and they forgot my drink said they come back to drop it off and never did. The place should be shut down.
I first ordered from Fanelli's about 10 years ago and the pizza back then wasn't amazing, but I had one recent and it was better than what I remembered.
Decided this evening to order one of their extra large 18" pizzas. Was impressed upon arrival, but my concern spiked when I noticed a fly on one of the pots of dip they had placed in the pizza box. I didn't notice this until removing the dip and taking a few slices of pizza. This is when I noticed it. I thought" oh, a fly must have landed on the lid", but no, I was wrong. The fly was upside down and actually stuck to the lid itself, so it must have come from Fanelli's. At this point, my hopes weren't too high, and frankly the pizza was mediocre, mainly due to the multiple hard bits in the pizza, cartilage maybe? Either way, Fanelli's has done a great job in persuading me to never even consider buying from this place again. Truly dissapointing.
I never write reviews but I really feel that this needs to be said. If I could give no stars, I would.
Quite honestly one of the WORST takeaways I have ever had! We spent a good £30+ on our food. It turned up really late. About 3 of our items were missing. The items that we did have were undercooked and cold. The "crust" (and I use that word loosely) was absolutely vile. It was soggy and just fell apart when I attempted to lift it. Neither of the pizzas were even cut when they finally arrived.
So in conclusion:
- it was expensive. If I'm paying this amount of money, I would expect it to be at least cooked and on time.
- the pizzas were absolutely vile.
- Fanelli clearly do not care about their customers if this is the absolute trash that they can serve!!
You are better off just buying a nice pizza from tescos; atleast then you'll know for sure that it has a crust and that it's cooked.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS
