If i could give 0 stars i would... this is the worst doctors surgery i have ever had. I've been having problems with my health and has been getting worse. I am at home with my 2year old and worry I'm going to have a bad spell and no one would know. I hat to wait 3 weeks for a blood test (after trying to get the appointment to be seen for quite a while) and when I was told I need to make a appointment for my results I'm constantly being told there are no more appointments left and that I should have rang at 12 ( I was ringing CONSTANTLY from 12-12.50) and was even told even if I call every day there's very little chance I would get the appointment. This place needs to be investigated URGENTLY before they put someone at risk
Would give 0 stars if I could the doctors here have no concern for their patients whatsoever, they are completely incompetant. I have heard horror stories from multiple people who go here too, do NOT go here.
Absolutely dreadful service - had bloods taken 21st July and now 11th August - can't get through to surgery for review appointment. Had letter off them on July 29th, stating it is my responsibility to follow up results - please tell me how when the phones from 12.00 are constantly engaged? Today I tried 97+ times in half an hour. I have had the same issue for the last 3 or 4 blood test. It never used to be like this before the merger. I wouldn't have awarded one star but I had to put something.
Takes several days to get through and almost 800 calls, sat for over an hour in the waiting room while the nurse/doctor gossip

Numerous people turn up to collect prescriptions after being told they were ready today but being turned away as prescription clerk has been “too busy”

if you work forget getting an appointment they rather see you dir, i suffer from Addison's disease, i work full time, without my medication i will die, need an appointment for a doctor to reset my prescriptions, all i get is phone at 12am, im in work five days a week and 2 days im off can never get through., addisons dsease is affected by emotional stress and can put me into crisis, and this health center doesnt give a toss. im putting this on record in case i do pass because of them, so at least there is a record why it may have happened and can be investigated
every time i try to get to see a doctor at this surgery the answer from the receptionist is the doctor is fully booked the receptionist is playing god on a few occasions i haven't even been able to get my scripts can't remember the last time i even saw my own doctor at the surgery
Impossible to get through to the surgery. Not fit for purpose. As previous reviewers have said used to be a very good service, doctors were amazing. Not sure who the doctors are these days can't even get through to the reception.
As a patient of this practise for44 years, I can find little fault with it beyond the usual shortcomings of bureactacised systems. Until very recently, it operated the most accessible model I have ever heard of. Between them, its practitioners had a wide range of expertise and all were approachable and efficient. That it should so suddenly disappear on an aura of secrecy is to be deplored. There is something amiss in the kingdom of ABHB.
