This guy the owner is the rudest shopkeeper I have ever met, overly states a point beyond what's needed to a point of embarrassment.
I appreciate he's doing his job but there is a cut off point...very very excessive.

The staff are always friendly and professional no matter how busy they are. When collecting multiple prescriptions each and every item is checked off personally by Mr Patel to ensure accuracy. The pharmacy is always busy however each customer is served as if they are the only person in the shop, normally with a smile and the que processed briskly. 5 Star service Mr Patel!
Excellent service from a friendly busy pharmacy. Always amazed at how much stock shop holds. Full of unusual items and gifts. Mr Patel and staff are always are always friendly. Definitely would not use anyone else.
The service from this pharmacy is (and always has been) fantastic. The communication and efficiency over the phone and in person at the shop are amazing. The staff have time to explain and offer helpful friendly advice and it is clearly managed with great professionalism. I wish my experience with Fairley's was even half as good at other shops and services. Huge credit to the team - keep it going!
Heartless and uncaring attitude from staff this morning. Despite some older people having been stood waiting their turn for nearly an hour, they just pulled the shutters down on everyone in the queue outside a minute before closing. I get there was only two people serving but they should have had one come out maybe half an hour before they shut to stop the queue building any further and take down the details of people already there. At least then no one would have been stood in the cold for nothing. But no one came out to assess anyone's need, what time they'd actually got there, anything. It's very poor considering this is people's medication, an essential service.
What an amazing pharmacy. They never seem to stop so busy yet so helpful. The pharmacist goes through all your medication before you leave first class
